How do I do this

My husband and I getting divorced after a year of being married. He is in the army and just deployed right after we decided to get a divorce. The cause for the divorce is that he started abusing my 2 year old. We did everything paperwork wise with filing the forms for him abusing my son (ie all the statements to the MPs, MPI, CID, social services) he still isnt in jail from the sound of things they are just letting him go??? How can they let him comitte a felony then let him walk? Anyways sorry thats not my question I have no idea where to get diovorce papers in KY. I went to the court house and she said that I had to get a lawyer to give them to me or find a web site and print them off? Has anyone here been divorced In KY before? Please help

all things considered, esp with the abuse - I HIGHLY suggest you don't go the do-it yourself divorce route. Hire an attorney and enure the safety of your child with a proper order. Don't take chances...
