Child Support

I have court tomorrow for child support hearing.  He owes more than $50,000.00 in back child support.  My ex-husband is incarcerated for unathorized use vehicle.  His out date is 7/4/8.  He was served in jail May/12/8.  What do you all think is most likely to happen tomorrow?

it a felony to  be that far behind in child support. did your x file his taxes? if so why did you not get his refund?

I wondered what happened to you here. I thought the judge would make the payments begin after your spouse was released. Did it happen?
