Make him pay rent. If he says it isn't his, then it yours and he is getting a free ride. Have him pay you rent for your property and use that to pay some one to come fix things. Maybe that will get him off his ass.

well it started when I bought this home other home i had from dad said he wouldn't fix anything cause it wasn't ours when we moved I found out he owed irs couldn't put anything in his name so from then on he would not fix anything saying his name was not on it but he also did other things to verbaly abuse me
