Court ordered remain in same house

Yes, I truly do wonder at what the system is attempting to do with this type of arrangement. He is capable of prolonging it as long as he wants (which he does because it is torture for me and this is his payback).

Our daily life is very tension filled. I have to arrange my life around him...he is out having the time of his life, while I sit and do nothing due to financial situation that I have. He doesnt even speak to us. My child and I just avoid him. I try to make it as comfortable for our child, but he is so aware of how unfair the courts have been to me (and him).

I would LOVE to have friends around to hang out with. I do have one friend who lets us watch movies and hang out, but it is not fair for him either.

Try to get in touch with spaznkits. She is a family law attorney and has been helpful to me .I will tell you to document everything. Date and as much info as you can remember. It is a shame that you have to stay there. Have to wonder what is wrong with our system huh?
