I spoke with an attorney and now my husband says he is going to change

This totally stinks!  It took me so much to get up enough nerve to talk to an attorney and I felt pretty okay with everything when I walked out.  I was going to file for a legal separation so I could keep the health insurance until I was out of school.  Then when I told my husband, he LOST it and started crying and telling me he would change and things would be better and he would try harder!!!!  I don't know what the hell to do.  The attorney said sometimes people get a legal separation and then get remarried again.  That could happen.  I am so afraid of doing the wrong thing. 

I love my husband but am  not in love with him anymore and I also have two children, 9 and 11.  I sometimes feel that we would be better off without all of the tension. 

I have had two affairs which tells me that there is something definitely wrong in our marriage.  Do miracles happen or should I just get out?
