He isn't giving us any money even after court order to do so

My husband walked out on me and my two children almost one year ago and filed for divorce, He has not given us any money since then and i am in severe debt. He has been ordered by the court to pay but he refuses and my question is How do I get him to pay what he is supposed to?

You need to go to family court and file a motion asking the court to enforce the child support order. You can do this yourself without a lawyer. Go to the family court clerk's office and they will give you the paperwork to fill out.
It takes about three weeks to get a court date. Since there is already an order by the court for your ex to pay support, he is in contempt. The judge can garnish his wages and threaten him with time in jail.
You should also have the court make your ex send his child support payments to the state's child support enforcement agency instead of directly to you.Once they receive the money, they send it to you. This way they can take him to court on your behalf if he is in arrears.

Good luck:)
