money/child custody battle/wedding rings

My stbx demands every other week custody, which has been court assigned temporarily.  He demands that I put my car in my name and take his name off the loan..mind you, it is a beaten up '02 camry which he borrowed $17,000 on in order to pay off his truck...a nice relatively new diesel.  he also informed me he made $10,000 on a little side job he did the other day...we are about to lose our house, are in debt up to you know where...he emptied our checking and savings account/judge ruled we were to split it equally.  he also took my wedding rings from my jewlery box..  will none of this be leverage for me in custody setup?  I also suspect his father has put some farm land in his name as well.  I really do not want to anger him...and he will get angry...but he is not willing to do anything  I ask..he gets the children and they end up spending the night with his brother and his wife...ohhhhhhh..what to do?  Judge will assign a mediator in July if we do not come to an agreement..and we have to go to parenting classes.
