help me

I got the divorce forms online to get a divorce. If my husband don't sign the papers what happens do I get a divorce after how long? And the do it your self forms. Are they any good?

Great advice from Lori-Woodall.  After you fill out the forms I would pay a small fee for an attorney to review them and file them for you to make sure you are not leaving anything out.  Sometime there are paralegals that are cheaper than the attorney but make sure they are working for a law firm.

You dont have to stay married to anyone you dont want to. I would call your local court house and tell them the name of the forms you have or stop by and show them, just to be safe. Forms are a hassle and you wouldnt want to waste your time on the wrong forms.
