Children's Rights

Where custody is concerned, what are the rights a child has and what is the legal minimum age that a child in Florida has the right to decide whether or not they will go with the other parent?

Answers for "Children's Rights"  (1) (You must be logged in to answer)
I believe its 12 but the whole family will go thru mediation first. They will then see the children seperately. The mediator will give the judge their recommendation and the judge makes the final call. You might want to double check the age with legal aide.
