I love my Brother

I hate to see my brother suffer.. He's paying a pretty pennie for a 3 bedroom apt. in VA. Just him and his wife can have a there own room (and child). He's paying the bills. She refuses to work. She claims she has no where to go. He includes her in there father and son outings. He really feels sorry for her. She knows it. Can he divorce her, with out her having a job?

I am not sure why you want your bother to divorce her? Is it because she is not working?  What does he want?  If he loves her that should not be enough reason to divorce her.  Are they having problems in their marriage?  Maybe you should let your brother deal with his wife and encourage him to work on his marriage.
