divorce

my husband and I have been seperated for five years, I have not seen or heard from him in four years.I do not even know where he lives now. I have not gotten a divorce because of the lack of money. My question is, is there a time when you can ask the court to grant a divorce without doing a search or paying out the yingying?

divorces when a spouse is in absentia aren't that expensive.

 

Go down to your local court house and see if you qualify for legal aid, and if you don't hit up the yellow pages and contact attorneys that give free consultations for advice and quotes. many will wokr with you on a payment plan - especially in your case, when there is no rush -
