Darrel has spoken to a lawyer, took the separation agreement to wifey for her to complete and wifey did. Once she completed the form Darrel took the separation agreement back to the lawyer. Documents was then prepared according to the separation agreement that wifey had filled out. Once wifey had been sworn back into the Military the divorce would go into full swing.. Why..? She would then have some income of her own.. According, to Darrell her income would be counted and he would have have to pay as much for child support, for there 1 child. But, she wasn't excepted in the Military.. Darrell is at war with himself..Because wifey don't have a job. Wifey claims she don't have family to go stay with. He can't just put see them out. Oh, there are guide lines he must follow due to the Military ( he's active duty ). H e wants wifey to have a job before going through with the divorce. That way he feels that wifey,wouldn't get no more then what she should have.. I feel that, wifey is using him.. Wifey knows that she going to be taking care for, long as Darrell is in the Navy. Wifey has been known to complain to Darrell's command when she don't get her way. She has stepped out of there marriage. She has not maintained employment for awhile (years) and she's not working now. Now at age 34 she's mention going to school.. She's USING HIM.. But, he wants to do the right thing, especailly for his son. Should he just stay in this marriage? Can Darrell divorce wifey without her having a job? Will Darrell lose out on what he has worked so hard for with the Military ? %0d%0a(Ofcourse, she's entitled to retirement) Can he divorce his using wife, without a job and no where to go (she claims).
