spousel support

I have worked and maintained the household because he has been because he looses every job or quits. do i have to pay spousel support. even if I get my child. and he has kept this last job for about six month

as long as he has worked and can, no, you won't have to pay spousal support. You won't get hot for his inability to hold a job...he clearly can work, he just screws it up.
