here' the details

they got married in june of 2000 six months later he caught her sexin someone else up when he came home from work she was pregant with some one elses baby ....the lawyer said that hell do the divorce along with the adoption....but she reniged on that deal and 7 years later still married .....

now we are planning to marry in july but she nowhere to be found how do we get this divorce done without her ther e?
i would really like this done before our daughter is old enough to question this

If you cant find your spouse, you can still get divorced - its actualy a very common problem - check out this link (they had same question)
