i have the papers filled out

i have the divorce papers filled out all they have to do is sign them but she insist she ont have the money to help pay for itwhat do we do i believe that she dosent want to do this!!what do i doo?????

ok, confused - who are you to "them"? are you filling out divorce papers on someone's behalf? If so, why?

she doesn't have to sign if she doesn't want to -
