Need advice on ex-spouse filing bankruptcy

During the divorce, we had an agreement to split the equity on both houses
and pay off joint debts.  Now, they want to file bankruptcy to get out of the debt
incurred by their excessive spending.  Both mortgages was paid by me during
the length of the marriage, 6 years.  What are the consequences to me if they file
bankruptcy to me and my equity as well as the joint debts owed by both?

he can't put the debts from your divorce on his new bankruptcy - if he even tries it you will be notified by the court of the hearing and you and your attorney will need to show up to contest it.
