Should marriage prevail

I am married to a guy who has 6 grown children. I didn't know this at first. We been married 6years. A lot of drama in this marriage and rape on his nephew and my then virgin daughter. A baby came out of this, but he had let his nephew escape punishment for a time, (I still believe he had a hand in it.) His nephew was finally caught but I believe that his children didint approve of me, so they had to do alot of unbelieviable things to me and my two children , which most didn't work. When they set up my 13 yr old to get raped that was the last straw. I had just graaduated with my associates degree, everyone was telling me not too blame him (my husband) Which he wasn't there but it is part of his family. That was 3yrs ago. now that I've raise the child and my daughter is in high school I feel I can now leave. Should I or not?
