My divorce

My husband and I have been married for 15 years we have been separated for 5 years I want to divorce him now.He has court ordered child support that he does not pay.He have a job ,but he inherited a home from his parents that is up for sale.I am entitled to part of the money from the house being he make no attempt to pay child support ?atleast I will be able to support my children with this money.

no, you are not entitiled to any of the money from the sale of the home as inheritance is not considered in such matters.

You need to take him to court for contempt for failure to pay support.
