End of divorce

My divorce settlement ends this summer when my son starts college. What do I need to provide my employer to stop the garnishment of alimony and child support?

if child support is through CSE, then you need to contact them to have the harnishment removed. If it isn't through CSE, you have to file in court for a modification/termination of support.

On alimony, that more than likely isn't ending just because the child is at the age of maturity - they are two seperate orders. You would have to file in court for a modification or termnation of alimony if you are trying to get out of it.

I would check with the Clerk of Courts, I would guess they would automatically stop since it is being automatically withdrawn by order of the courts.  double check though with your attorney by a quick phone possible.
