I thought it was going to go good

My soon to be ex and I are seperated right now, not legally yet but living in seperate places. Well we've had all of our terms and conditions written down that we both want from a divorce. We were thinking about doing a DIY divorce kit. Well he came over yesterday and declarred that we were getting back together, moving into a house he's wanted down the street, renting out the house I am currently living in and we are going to be one big happy family. Well I told him thats not what I wanted and he got very mad and stormed out, yelling at me the whole way. Well now I'm not sure whats going to happen with him and what I should do about continueing this seperation and divorce. I really didn't want to go to a lawyer and he's threatened me that if I do he will nail me to the wall and win big time. So i'm definatly scared what way to go now with how he blew up last night, it was also infront of the kids. I still really want him gone and all this done with but now what?!

Holy Cow!  sounds like a swing in emotions to me. LOL  I don't think you have any choice in the matter.  I was forced to do the same, and let me tell you, get yourself educated on the matter.  If you were headed toward divorce, what changed?  maybe he was told......"it's cheaper to keep her" and he's freakin out, therefore; the threat??????hmmmmm
If there are grounds for a divorce and you don't want to be married to him anymore, than it is no longer what HE wants its what is best for you and your children.  You have to make yourself "seperate" from him and work on you, your needs, and your kids needs.  An attr will be after your best interests......you are the one that hired them.....you are their boss.  Basically.  LOL
