Talk to the police do you have any reports on this abuse, talk to your local crisis line, hospital, friends, keep a bag packed, get copies of everything, get some money and give it to a friend to hold, tell your neighbors what is going on ask them to call the police if they hear alot of yelling or noise they might save your life. Get a lawyer can't afford one go to legal aid. You can go to a family shelter and get the help you need. Yes as you can tell I am a victim of abuse myself.
Please do something to help yourself get out of this relationship.

If the relationship is abusive, I would start by checking some of the abuse help refference material on this site (if you click the "state resources and calcs link on the right column you'll see it.)  After that I would start by distancing yourself from the abuse.  Get out of the house.  Then you can look at things like lawyers and such.
