I have a question regarding my house that's for sale

I need some advice.  My divorce was final in March of this year, my ex walked out on me and my 2 sons for a tramp he works with and has been cheating with for quite some time.  He walked out on us in December, 2007.  The house is in his name only, but in our dissolution papers it states that I'm to continue payments on the house until the house sells.  We have had the house for sale for awhile now and the market stinks on top of it, but we have reduced the price once during this time, and the realtor is asking for another price reduction.  My ex has yet to call her back to give her the okay for the price reduction, he is the only one to okay it since his name is on the deed.  I have contacted my attorney to go ahead and contact his attorney to get a price reduction going, since the house is thru the court thru our dissolution, the court can put the house up for auction if he's not be cooperative in all this.  My question is this, I am making the house payment (because he is a selfish S.O.B. and refuses to help out with the payment!) this house is causing a financial hardship for me because I don't make as much money as he does (he makes twice as much as I do--yeah he's paying child support--but please it costs more to raise kids nowadays than what he's even paying!!!).  My question is: If I stop paying on the house, find another place to rent and go ahead and move out, and leave this house empty, what will happen to me?  I know I can probably be found in contempt of court, but what all could happen to me?  I'm ready to get out of this house and move on and I can't afford this place anymore, it's financially draining me which I feel is unfair because he's the one who cheated on me and walked out on his family for a cheap tramp (which by the way she's living with him now--how convenient!!), and I'm left paying on his debt basically, while he has no motivation whatsoever to reduce the price!!!  What can I do?!! Please help!!!!
