I cant find her want to remarry

I was married 5 years ago and after a month she left. now I am looking to re-marry and need to divorce her over the years I had tried to find her by social to get this done and no reply what do I do and how

Typically, if you have attempted to serve someone with a lawsuit at their last known address and if you have exhausted all other possibilities, there are procedures in most states that allow service by publication in the newspaper (you know, those legal notices you see in the back with all the classifieds?) Your attorney should be able to walk you through the specific steps you would have to take in order to get proper service. Once that is done, assuming she never responds, you can get a default divorce and move on.

Talk to a lawyer. There are legal ways to divorce when the other party can't be found . I think you have to file a certain way . I think you have to put an ad in the paper or something like that.
