abusive divorce

i was married for 10 years to someone that is a very good lair and through the divorce he has gotten away with all the lies and it has been final since april 5, 2007 and he has not complied with any of the things he was to do stated in the divorce. it took me going to the disaplainary board to get my attorney to file contempt against him and when the hearing was set finally i'm told he filled against me to have the settlement enforced against me. he had 10 days from final signing to sign titles and 60 days to get his thing witch he failed to do in the times given so i had gotten rid of a few of the things that was to go to him cause they had been through the flood in 2006 and the mold was making my health bad. so do you think he has the right to now after all this sues me to make me pay him for these items?
