This is a good question. I have been mulling this for about a month now. I guess it varies for everyone and the situation they were in. I have been in a relationship that lacked love for a very long time. I'm very ready to move on. I won''t even think about dating until after the divorce is final though.

Well. After you divorce there is emotional  stuff that you go thru. Every divorce is different so the time is different. In general 6 months. If it was a rough divorce I would say longer.
I would also say that it would depend on how long you were married. The longer the marriage , the longer you should wait.
I went out with someone a few months after mine. It was way too soon. After that it was 6 months.
My second marriage lasted only 4 yrs.
