custody

Court date on Monday.  Husband wants every other week for children.  I disagree.  He has no routine, schedule for the kids.  My 6 year old is in kindergarten.  We have offered every other weekend - Fri - Monday morning and one night per week.  My children and I have a home to move into.  Husband is with parents and my 6 year old son sleeps on the sofa when they are there.  Will that help my case?  He has made no preparation for the children.

the fact he lives with his mom and the couch have no bearing on his custody - some people are forced into cramped living situations after a divorce and everyone sleeps on the floor.

Having his mom there is actually in his favor.

I am not sure if you want him to have more time with the kids or less..everyother w/end and one night per week sounds good.  Both parent should be in contact with there child/children but what is he doing living with his parent?...hope this is a temporary arrangement.Good Luck
