GOING TO COURT

SHOULD A FRIEND OF MINE TAKE HIS SOON TO BE EX TO COURT WITH HIM IN IS CAR?

If there's any chance that one could be walking home... they should probably pack some bus $$.  Other than that, I don't think that driving together is a big deal.  When my divorce was final, I took my ex-husband out for a beer... after 18 months of juggling divorce paperwork, we were both glad to see it end!

if it is an amicable divorce - sure. If there is a chance they might kill each other after - probably not the best idea....

I am not sure what exactly you are asking?  Is the couple who is getting a divorce going to ride together to court?  This is o.k. to ride together.  Actually a good thing that they are still cordial to one another.
