How do I remove my account from this site?

I don't actually need help with a divorce because I have never been married.  I got onto this site for information for a college psychology class.  Now my personal email account is being swarmed with spam related to divorce, dating other singles, or getting remarried.  I don't want to get these unsolicited emails.  If anyone knows how to delete my account from this site, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yeah, I don't get any spam either.  I would download a program like spybot it will help you get rid of any cookies, works or malware you might have picked up in your research.

As for removing yourself from the site, click the "suggestions/problem with the site" link at the bottom of the page.  Leave a message at that site and they'll take care of you.  All my experiences with them have been good.  I'm sure they can get you taken care of.

I hope that helps, and I help your paper turned out well!  Good luck with the rest of the course!

I don't think the spam you are getting has anything to do with this site - I don't get anything like that in my e-mail - and I'm on here every day.

delete your temp internet files and your cookies - some other site you went on must have left a tracking cookie on your computer - hense why you are getting the e-mails. You also should run a virus scanner - it could be a worm or tracking trojan as well.

as far as deleting your account - I'm not sure - you should probably contact the admin - look at the bottom of the homepage screen
