Subpoena email

How hard is it for a lawyer to subpoena an ISP for the spouses email / surf history?  My lawyer says its too much of a pain, but I think she just doesn't want to bother.  Can anyone tell me?

a lawyer doesn't subpoena anyone - they have to request one through the court and it's pretty much impossible unless it is a criminal case and it is needed as evidence, they don't go to the trouble for a measly divorce case.

it won't help your case much anyway.
