No....just because you cheated on your spouse doesnt make you a bad parent. It could be reasons for divorce but not custody.

I do not think the reason for the divorce has much impact on custody unless the child is in danger. Are both parents fit to be parents?

I doubt it unfortunately unless you can prove she's an unfit mother. I'm not an expert and laws may be different in your state. Just my personal opinion. Best of luck to you lax!
