Legal advice

I have been in a relationship for 14 years and we got married 8 years ago. My question is that my husband was still married to another women at the time we got married the divorce didn't go through till August and we got married in April. I guess i am wondering if by the laws we are legally married and that that we seperated. Do i even need to file for a divorce? Thank you!

you are not legally married - you just have to get what you have annuled. Have fun dividing assets....
