An Australian man is currently on trial for shooting his divorce lawyer. John Thomas Glascott, 45, lost his house, and most everything else in his divorce and he blamed his lawyer. The prosecution is going to try and prove that this was motive for murder.
According to the prosecutor, Glascott made two trips to Cambodia to buy a gun and ammunition. The first trip, he was stopped by airport security. The real evidence is an eyewitness who will testify later that they saw Glascott and his lawyer struggling the the morning of the murder.
Glascott has pleaded not guilty. It's now up to a Jury to weigh the evidence.
