Answer s for "can you get a divorce if only party signs and agrees?" (1) (You must be logged in to answer)

if one spouse wants a divorce - it will eventually happen - there are no states that don't eventually push a divorce through - but the spouse who doesn't want it can make it very difficult - sometimes dragging it on for years just by not showing up to court,
