Hiding funds

My ex spouse is supposed to purchase a home for me. We went under contract in March I put down all the earnest money. He is now saying that he was turned down on a loan for the deposite money even after he was approved for a 267,000$ loan. He has defaulted on maintenance, the health insurance he was supposed to pay and all of the marital property settlement. How can I track if he is hiding money or refinancing his buisnes properties instead of taking care of the house? Do I have the right to run a credit report on him?

NO you do NOT have a right to run a credit report on him NONONOONONONONONONONONO

THAT IS IDENTITY THEFT AND HE CAN HAVE YOU ARRESTED!

you have no business using his social security number for anything now that you are no longer married.

Hire a PI if you want dirt - they are licensed to be able to look into such things.
