where to get free printable divorce papers

does anyone know where to go to print divore papers on the web? I've been looking for 2 hours and have oly got a few papers but not sure if they are really what I need. I think I also need a separation paper and final decree of dissolution of marriage paper

My boyfriend and I had been together for 6 years and he was still married to another woman, so we could not get married. The family law attorney who stated before that most family courts offer do it yourself divorce papers for free, but they are sometime difficult to find online.

http://www.mydivorceusa.com and http://www.us-divorceforms have online divorce forms libraries with links to court approved do it yourslef divorce forms and paperwork.

Keep it in mind that completeing your own divorce; like the family lawyer stated above can be a long process, but if you and your spouse agree to the terms of your divorce and you can follow some easy to read instructions. You could very well complete your own uncontested divorce without an attorney.

The websites I mentioned here also have a free attorney finder service under their "legal advice" tab.

Hope this was helpful to anyone looking for do it yourself divorce papers.

call your local superior court and find out if they have pro se divorce packages. Or check their website, sometimes they have them downloadable there with instructions.

You don't list your state so I can't tell you where to look other than that.

are you sure you you want to even try this by yourself? If you don't know what you are doing the court will throw the case out.
