Tell me about it!!  I thought I had the only ex out there who only thought about money!  That's all he cares about and he threw a fit once he heard what he was going to have to pay in child support!!  Hellooooo that money goes to supporting your kids that you aren't around here anymore raising, it's me raising them all by myself while he's off screwing around with his tramp that he met at work and by the way I hope she cheats on him like she cheated on her husband with him!!!  My ex is a selfish self centered the world only revolves around him type of person!!  Sounds like his tramp is the same way so they basically deserve each other!!  He makes twice as much as I do and he claims he's hurting for money--whatever.  He has no clue what hurting for money is really like!!  But my hope is that he'll spend himself so far into debt that he won't be able to dig himself out, and by the way he's on his way doing that right now.  He's already raked up a $9,900 credit card bill so far and he only owed $1,000 on it when he moved out at the end of December, 2007.  So he's good at spending that's for sure.  When we were married I used to question his spending because I worried about the checkbook and paying bills and his comment always would be --I make the money so I sure as hell can spend it the way I want!!  What a dumba**!!  Oh well not my worry anymore, it's his tramps worry to deal with now!!  :)

omg..does every women go thru the same sticken stuff with their ex's...my x cant wait for the bush check he needs it so bad. he claims...but yet he just got  anew motorcycle to impress his 27 yr old lover that he still claims is just a friend..but yet  5 girls later and 15 yrs of hell all he thinks about is the money..not how he can spend more time with the kids ...but that he has to work so much overtime to make ends meet..but i dont get to see much of that overtime money....i am giving him his small portion and thats it....if i dont have to deal with his drama than i had a good day....i think...

Well went through the mediator and I agreed to pay the mortage on the singel family house and child support and house goes up for sale asap,well i called real estate agent and they called my wife,wife says `i`m all set i have real 
estate agent,well we were in the middle of remolding this house,heated the house with wood and coal stove,diabled the heating system it heats with gas a steam radiators,well stbx talked me into removing the radiators,well now her real easte agent says heat needs to be fixed kitchen has to be finished and front farmers porch needs to be fixed,2800 to fix heat 11,000 tio fix porch,I called my lawyer and said i can not pay this and she still has not put up for sale,it`s been three months,I had a meeting with my lawyer and he sent letter to her lawyer saying it should be up for sale.He called his real estate agent,my lawyer and now centry21 needs to go out and look at the house,that was last week,My friend had drove by the house and still no sign,i cant go near the house or her or kids,she has a restraing order on me.Then i find out that she is going to move into our two family on the first floor this month on the 15th,she kicked the tenants out,they were on month to month lease,then i find out she is ripping the living room walls down,properly to put insulation in and also took coal stove pipe down from outside,it`s lying on the ground,it coast alot of money to put that stove in and pipe it,she just does not know how to run coal stove.My lawyer says even when she moves out i cant go near the house because of the restraing order.This house is in trouble.I`m a sofware support engineer and i use to do construction.I did all the fixes and remolding at two family.from new walls to wall paper,new electric,kitchen you name it i can do it,she would just rip things apart.Sorry I had to vent a little.

You know I feel the same way.  I should keep it, because I have custody of my sons and in our court papers it says (and he agreed to this) from now on I get to claim the kids on my taxes (because I don't make much money he makes twice as much as I do), and I get to claim both boys until the oldest is emancipated then we alternate the younger son.  We filed our taxes joint in 2007 because we were still married and didn't get divorced until March 2008 so I feel I should be able to keep it and screw him!  I'm still at the house trying to sell it and he's not helping out with any of my expenses here, and the thing is his girlfriend has been living with him since March 30 (had to find this out from my boys because he didn't have the you know whats to tell me!!) she also works were he does so she makes really good money to, so they both have high incomes together, so again screw him--I'm sure she's helping him out with the bills but who the heck is helping me--no one!!!!  I don't think he'll come back on me about this and hire himself an attorney and fight it because it wouldn't be worth it to hire an attorney for a portion of this rebate check.  I keep going back and forth about it, because I want to make sure he pays half of the unpaid medical expenses like the papers say to do.  Actually he's been in contempt of court regarding visitation since we separated in December 2007 because he hasn't had the boys a full weekend so far and this is May already.  Oh he says it will start next weekend, we'll see about that, he'll change his mind because he has his priorities messed up right now!  Too busy with his tramp.

good qustion,i`m sure my stbx got the check also ,i gave my taxes to my stbx wife she works hard with the children,activity`s,so on,we filed jointly,i said to lawyer give her the check and now i found out about bush check,you know what she   can have it 1,800.00 dollers from bush,they need it ,i dont wont the money from bush,my kids are going to need food and cloth`s and shoes,i have all girls let it b and let it go guys your kids need it more than you ,i am a survivor and you guys need to learn also your xstb and kids need it more,what are you going to use it for,beer  and bbq,well thats my thought for today,it`s only money and money cant buy you love.
