ok, far as I can tell, yes, you are entitled to part of it but how much and how it will be paid out depends on the structure of the pension plan and quite a few other factors, also what the two of you agree on.
I suggest you hire an attorney to negotiate your share instead of allowing the court to decide - I don't think you will come out on the better end if you allow it as a court judgement.
