Ex lost health insurance for our kids, what should I do?

Ex told me today that he forgot to pay the health insurance bill for our children and now it's gone. He refuses to find new insurance and told me that I have to deal with it. He also does not pay child support. What should I do?

This is illegal and was likely part of your divorce decree...reread it and find out quickly...then contact a free attorney and the insurance company and get it remedied. He has an obligation to take care of the children's insurance, it is part of the divorce. Go read it now!!
