Divorce and buying a home while divorce is still going on in california

My wife and I separated a year and three months ago and I moved to Oregon. Over six months ago my wife served my with divorse papers which I signed, but she never filed the paperwork. This year we filed separate for our taxes. I am currently buying a home. What are the legalities regarding this situation? Is there a form to secure the home in my name only? She is agreeable with the divorce and has no issues with me buying the home and wants nothing from the home.

it's called a quit claim - your mortgage company will help you with the process
