appealing divorce ruling

MY COURT ORDER CAME THRU ON THE SPOUSAL MAINTENANCE AFTER 22 YRS OF MARRIAGE THE RULING WAS NOT FAIR ONLY GETTING $750 A MONTH FOR 5 YEARS. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS CAN BE APPEALED IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA?

let me clarify -

you have to have a legal basis for an appeal - you have to know for certain that the calculation made was inaccurate and be able to prove it, and the process takes at least a year, at most two.

You can't appeal on the basis you think something is "unfair"

I am not sure but would seek advice from your attorney or call the Clerk of Courts.

no. support is based on 14 points regarding your marriage,  the time you were together is only one of them & is only awarded for a temporary amount of time.

 

The decision of the court is final, you can not appeal it.
