Who can force an IRS audit be done to expose fraud?

My ex husband lives in a 7 million dollar house. He has over 5 million dollars in mortgages and this is only includes his primary homesteaded residence. His monthly mortgage alone is aprox $35,000.00. When I requested child support increase, he supplied the court with his tax return earning $13,000.00 annually yet I'm sure on his mortgage apps he claimed over a million. Now, my problem is easily resolved If I knew who to contact that would be able to expose his wealth buy ordering an IRS audit.

how do you know his mortgage is in his name and not a corporation or someone else's name?
