Help...on the process for divorce

It's been a week that I moved out  and have my own place.Now I'm on a big delimma ,I felt like  it's my fault why my marriage will end soon.How can I cope with the pain I felt and the sadness and loneliness that comes with it?I need  some advise...

the absolute best thing you can do for yourself is to get into counseling, you need to deal with your feelings and emotions, fault or not, to keep from succumbing to serious depression.

And as strange as it may sound, get a pet - a cat, small dog - hamster - it is proven an animal helps with loneliness and depression.
