annulment

we got married before 5 yrs and before 2 yrs she left me without any intimation she don't want to tell me where she is and from last year never called even so finally want divorce or annulment would like to know how or which way will be faster and easier and less expensive
hope to get some help

Answers for "annulment"  (1) (You must be logged in to answer)
if there are no children it should be fairly easy...go  to a lawyer explain that you don't know where she is.. the divorce can be filed usually after an ad is run in the newspaper for a certain amount of time.. if she does not respond to it, the divorce can be finalized & she doesnt even have to sign it...
