to emancipate (or divorce) you have to do it to BOTH parents not just one. There is only one state GA, that has statutes pertaining to child visitation and the right to choose.
The only thing you can do is get the kids into therapy, and after 6 months to a year you can bring the issue to court with the testimony of the professional as evidence of their traumatized emotional state. Until then, they have to go. You are going to have to be very careful that you say nothing bad about the father to the kids, because if it comes out in court that you did - it can be determined that thier dislike of the father is due to your influence, and nothing will change.
