If the activities were in place before the divorce - the non-custodial parent has to accomodate them.if you scheduled these activities after or during the divorce, without consulting the non-custodial parent, it wasn't fair to him or right on your part. You would be required by the court if it was brought up to have to change the child's activities to be scheduled during your parenting time, or cancel them if he objects to his time being taken.
that is the downside to being divorced with children...kids end up getting the short end of the deal when the parents don't get along. I'm a family law attorney
