our house

me and my wife seperated 3 years ago she stayed in the house i gave here money to pay the mortgage she didn't for seven months she put the house in forclosure to the amount of 7,000 dollers and than left state me and my girlfriend got it out of forclousure but she is still on the mortgage what can we do to get here off is there some kind of abandonment lay please help.

you have to file for your divorce and request she sign a quit claim on the home.

You will need an attorney for this as the financials on it are complicated and you need to ensure you are made whole due to her negligence on top of the fact she has disappeared.
