He won't move out!!!

How do I get my husband out of the house?
He asked for a divorce last week and now he is seeing this girl right in front of my face and in front of our four children. He says he's not moving out. I really need some help I can't put up with this much longer. His name is on the lease. I'm in Mississippi. Any advice on how to get rid of him?

Ok, if you want him out of the house you have to beat him to the divorce filing.

Mississippi recognizes fault divorces, so you have to file on grounds of adultry, and request sole custody of the children and control of the marital home until the divorce is settled, but he will still have to help pay the rent as part of temp. child support.

Due to his infidelity, you will get it - and he will have to get out.

need more info on relationship with your husband? do you talk with him? does he have a stable relationship with the kids? how would he feel if no on talks to him? shut him out do not talk with him totally!! leave when he comes. make plans with mutual friends. go to cook outs hang out with girlfriends. leave him out of the picture. shun him!

Yes! His family knows and he still won't leave. If I leave with the kids will I lose everything? Or can I still fight him in court?

in most states you cant make anyone leave. sorry! i think all you can do is appeal to him for the kids. Anyone else know?
