Limiting time my children spend with Dad's new girlfriend

My husband and I separated in February and are starting to go through the divorce process.  We are going to try to use a mediator to settle things.  He is 39 years old and has a new girlfriend who recently turned 18 years old.  I don't want our two children spending the night at his apartment when his very young girlfriend is there.  I would also like to limit the amount of time she is allowed to spend with the kids.  Is this something that can be written into the divorce settlement?

Thank you in advance for your advice,

Erika

In the overnight visitation clause , what if I had an "apartment" built over my garage and he and the children stayed in it when he had weekend visitation . This would have it's own seperate entrance and a bath. Would that be considered an overnight at my house? Woudl this be allowed by the courts?

It's called the "morality clause" and you can have it in your temporary custody papers - no judge will deny it's entry if one parent requests it.

" Neither parent shall have the minor child(ren) in the presence of a member of the opposite sex during visitation that includes overnight stay."

You can't keep him from having the kids around her at all - but you can keep him from having her there overnight.

It can also be added to your final papers, stating that there will be no overnight visitors during visitation until marriage.
