I agree with the below two entries, great advice. Each state is different so check out the resource box on this page.  Contact your attorney or Legal Aid.  Ask your family for help if you can.

i believe the cheapest, easiest divorce is do it yourself (DIY).  esp if no kds or anything big to split.  If you have either, then the second cheapest is prob a form like these guys: http://www.fldivorceonline.com/ (the ad says you can "save 10% by typing the code div360 during the checkout"), or using legal aid-type services.

Many states consider longer term jail sentances a "reason" for divorce, which creates a fault - which makes it easier, i believe to get the divorce - someone explained it to me as a legal HOV lane (im not an attn). 

to find out more about DIY, low cost legal stuff and divorce law in your state, use the information center (just to the right of your question) and select your state....

I would assume you could file pro se. See the information center for divorce laws in your state. There are also web sites for each state, and it's likely the paperwork in available online.
