Wow - if  we do that then everyone will know we have heads - not just upper arms.  Well we all now know that bp has a head.  Very fun.

It is against the law in my area - but every place is different.  See an attorney. What does he do when the kids come over?  Tether them to the front yard?  I'd look into it.  You may also be able to call your city planner and ask if they are "required" and clue them in on the little man who hasn't put one in.

Ok, I'm sorry Vicki, I wish I had an answer to your "pool fence" issue.  I know it's been going on for quite a while for you.  I would say this:  If your husband won't do anything about it, and you've exhausted your legal options, then I would teach your kids to swim.  No matter what spite-battles you fight with your husband, the bottom line is keeping your kids safe.  You can't turn a spiteful ass into a white knight, but you can be a good parent.  I think that you already are, otherwise you wouldn't be asking this question.

Now to show you what kind of ass I am, I'm really not responding to answer your question, but to tell you how cool the audio question is!  That rocks!  And subsequently, so do you!

Will you do some Karaoke question for us next time?  ;)

First off, I agree with MikeM.  I am going to sign up for that too and post voice questions.  Secondly, you need to tell your lawyer about this.  I believe it is against the law?
